      Part time and fairly flexible working Some ‘fun’ stuff. Some lovely and talented people

      Cronyism Work place bullying Lack of transparency about certain things Unhappy colleagues in various departments who know there is no point complaining to line managers. Not surprising that staff turnover has always been very high

      The owner loves to boast that parents will “never miss a sports day”

      Cons

      In reality the company is filled with miserable employees (mostly women) who are burdened with the golden handcuffs of having the flexibility of working around childcare but hating your job.
