The students and many staff members are great, but the school’s leadership and management (new executive director) need serious improvement. Communication is inconsistent, staff concerns are often dismissed, and support from administration is lacking. Morale is low, and the work environment can feel unnecessarily stressful due to poor leadership practices. The school has potential, but stronger management and accountability are needed.
