Pros
Music Tribe has been consistently listed as one of the best companies to work at. Among the top reasons that make their employees continue working with them is the good employee relations and fair treatment that they establish and practice. The employees feel more confident in their place in the organization since they give them assurance that their voices and concerns are heard. Another aspect that stands out is the support, training, benefits and incentives. These things make working for the company very satisfying and worthwhile. Aside from loving my work creating Quick Start Guides, Manuals and packaging, providing help and assistance to my colleagues makes my job more enjoyable. This helps create a very light and warm workplace that makes work much more fun and makes me look forward to working each day. It’s like having a second family at work. The team that I work with collaborate and coordinate with each other to achieve the goals we’ve targeted. We support each other which helps us boost our creativity and performance. This is why it’s very enjoyable to work in Music Tribe. We just inspire and help each other through anything. This allows us to finish our tasks faster while being able to deliver the best that we have to offer. Since we’ve shifted to a work-from-home set up, coming to work has been much easier and convenient. Even without face-to-face interactions, I still get to experience the little things that make us feel happy at work such as socializing with my colleagues. I’m happy that the distance and digitalized interaction hasn’t changed my relationship with them. We still work and talk like we did when we still went to the office. It’s also nice that the company hasn’t changed with how it takes care of its Tribers too. In the same way Music Tribe endeavors to earn customer loyalty through Customer Obsession, I give my best to provide my customers the best output and service that I can provide. This is one reason why I am able to do and deliver my best with each project that I am given. I understand and connect with the company’s vision and it’s truly a great organization to be a part of.
Cons
I can only see one downside of working at Music Tribe, that is the workload. There has been too much work that cause us to extend our work hours. But I believe that this happens because the company is growing and becoming a bigger success. With more of our customers accepting what Music Tribe has to offer, more and more work needs to be done.
