      Pros

      The only pro was I got a year of "legal" experience on my CV to allow me to get a new job

      Cons

      Awful pay, bad management, the higher ups had no respect for anyone other than themselves, no room for career growth despite your qualifications/experience.

      Good place to learn and grow. Good progressive work culture

      Cons

      Toxic DCM and favouration ruined it for me. High case load but would have been manageable if my DCM was better and not trying to be creepy. Has potential to be a great workplace tho
