Too much pressure to handle, Tight deadlines

The company was great to work for at the start of my employment, when it was a smaller business.

I worked at Muve Conveyancing as an Account Manager, and unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. While the company promises a rewarding commission structure, they continually cut commissions, making it almost impossible to reach the goals that were originally outlined. It felt like the rules were constantly changing to the company’s benefit, not the employees’. On top of this, the micromanagement was extreme. There was a lack of trust in the employees to do their jobs, with constant monitoring and pressure that only added to an already stressful workload. The culture was one of high pressure, unrealistic expectations, and little room for personal growth or work-life balance. Burnout is a real issue here—long hours, impossible targets, and little support from upper management make it an unsustainable environment for most people. Turnover is high for a reason. I wouldn’t recommend this role to anyone who values their mental health or seeks a fair, supportive work environment.
