Thanks for your feedback. We’re an incredibly trusting and transparent company and we work very hard to preserve our culture, especially as we experience rapid growth. Our patient NPS, as it stands today, is 99% approval with many comments calling out our clinical teams willingness to challenge and deliver a positive care experience. I'm not sure how we could be more transparent -- really the only things we don't share broadly are compensation details and termination details. We take feedback seriously and follow the necessary steps to resolve any issues that arise. That being said, if an employee expresses misalignment between their values and the values of Muve - we address these issues by having an open and honest conversation about fit. This, in itself, is a defining aspect of our culture. In regards to your final paycheck, this comment prompted me to dig in a bit with our payroll team. The data provided to me shows all terminations with a request to be paid on the final day were properly executed. However, if a request was made to have it direct deposited, this would result in a delay in the funds hitting your account, which I can confirm happened two business days after departure. Again, I’m sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us here at Muve.
