How many companies you know that give shares (ESOP) to every employee? Muvi does!!!
How many SaaS product companies you know in India, let alone in Odisha? Muvi is!!!
It's an amazing company. If you are looking for a job in Bhubaneshwar, you won't come across a better company
Cons
It's a small company (130-140 employees), therefore the office amenities are less as compared to large companies like Infosys.

Muvi is the best company I have ever worked for.
- 8-hours a day work, not much overtime
- flat culture. everyone is recognized, has authority and ownership of her work
- no politics
- offers shares to every employee
Cons
Some people have mentioned that they dont provide training. It's correct.
Muvi is a small company, therefore they dont give much training, expect you to start things right away and learn on the job. It's true for all small companies.
If you expect 6-8 months training, very large companies like Infosys are your best bet.

Thanks for reviewing us. We have started regular training sessions both internal and external. Our employees can request training based on their needs and we arrange them.
