Owners and managers do care about there employees and are sympathetic for the most part to family and life occurrences. They will work with you on schedules and time off. Meal perks and okay pay.

The hours and what is expected of you seems unrealistic at times. No recognition for progress or good work is very frustrating. Never seems like enough. Lack of training and structure makes things very confusing. Policies are constantly changing and rules are never really established which makes things confusing for employees. Not a lot of room for advancement.
