      Pros

      The office was close to where I lived.

      Cons

      This company is a sham. Would tell customers that they would "always" be on the first page results for Google with their Google PPC packages $250/mo. If a customer would call in they would instruct the PPC team to bid higher so the customer while on phone would see themselves back in search results. Template web sites, no creativity allowed for designers. For years they had their "employees" working as 10-99 contractors that were treated like full time employees ie there 9-5 and to work in office, until there was a whistle-blower and their CEO didn't want additional problems, so he converted everyone to W2. No benefits offered at time of my employment.

      Pros

      Fun co-workers, good pay (base + commission + bonuses), perks + benefits which include 401k, health insurance, etc.

      Cons

      No PTO available but they are flexible for the most part.
