Pros
The company allows you to take ownership and control of your field of expertise and to try new approaches. There is also trust and support from the team. Nice perks including the PTO and work/life balance! Upper-management is hands-on.
Cons
Every role has a lot of responsibility at this growing company (which I like, but this may not be the case for everyone)!
