If you want to work for a company that doesn’t care about you and sees you as a number, then don’t work for MyCSP.

Nice people but not allowed to speak to any of them unless on lunch

The management structure in this place need to be demolished and started from scratch. Imagine having a complex query or irate member on the phone and there is no managers to speak to. When there is a manager available it is usually just through Microsoft teams where you need to type and an in depth paragraph explaining what's going on just to be told there is nothing they can do.
