I worked for this company a few years ago and from what I can see from the reviews nothing much has changed. The directors of this company don’t have a clue. Lie to you in the interview process and expect you to work overtime without any extra pay. CEO and management cannot take criticism. When I told them their communication was dreadful I was asked to leave a few days later. CEOs partner at the time was the recruiter who would approach you for the job and also was but honest about the job description. The company would bribe you with food and if you accept the food they would expect you to come in early or work overtime without pay. The CEO is the biggest cowboy I have ever met. Thinks he is Jordan Belfort but more like David Brent. A Poundland Wolf of Wall Street. When a bad review is written on the company the CEO will ask his members of staff to write a good one. I’m sure most of the good reviews for his company were written by his staff as no one in the right mind will think working for this company is good. The company has created a toxic environment and all of it comes from above. They will do anything to put a policy on cover and will lie about a clients job description to do so. I can certainly say it was the worst insurance company I worked for. I used to go into this company dreading going into the office everyday.
