      Pros

      - they are paying on time and I think that’s the only good thing at this company

      Cons

      - no days off (unacceptable) - a lot of events (so that means extra shifts without extra payment) - unpaid overtime hours - toxic environment to death - unskilled staff - they do not train their staff properly - work life balance a lot of pressure especially from the management at the f&b section - you ought to fix and develop the living conditions too!

      okay sallary overall good work environment monthly payment on time

      Cons

      -not telling you at the interview that if you decide to leave before the season ends, they keep your earned tips and whatever else they want -left 20 days before season closing (as I agreed in the interview) and had to remind them for months to pay me the commissions that I worked for as a concierge
