Pros
Mylio makes a very interesting product that is challenging to test and automate. There are lots of opportunities to work on different things. I have been able to work on what I need to and get the support I need. The people are nice and the office is very cool, although I have only been in a few times due to the pandemic. Working remotely has been effective and flexible.
Cons
The company has a bit of a flat structure, which can cause some confusion. There also needs to be a bit more process around development practices, but they are working on it.
