The only thing I liked was to motivate me to look for a better job, made realise what to professionalism is, how seniors should behave and what are the limitations of an associate.

No work-life balance, extreme micro-management, unclear communication, too much liberty to underserving associate, narcistic approach towards employees, gaslighting. They offered me an AR Associate role and then tried to move me to patient scheduling stating that both are same.
Expecting to log in on weekends even though as per the contract, the working days were Monday till Friday.
Improper training.
