Great job - Depot Manager Mytech Partners Employee Review

A high degree of autonomy is given by my manager, especially in instances where I am a subject matter expert. Mytech does a pretty good job promoting a culture of learning, which is extremely important in the IT industry. Company as a whole is very process oriented and has much more documentation of procedures than other companies of it's size and age.

Typical smaller company issues like and occasionally not having an approver at the office for physical signatures due to business travel.

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
