Pros
- you can do all jobs being an Assistant manager, foreman, safety, superintendent, contracts, accounting. Salary does not change though but learning is more.
Cons
- HR has a worst behavior. She tries to be a project manager, contract manager, account manager except being HR. she can degrade any person at the worst behavior. - HR is owners family person, so whatever problems you have, you have to suck it up or change the company
