Great pay and benefits. CEO is very transparent about what the organization is doing and its effect on its employees. I am able to work remotely (pre-COVID).

Pros
NACE International is a great place to work. Good relationships with a lot of talented and driven individuals. One of the best places I have had the fortune of working. Great opportunities to excel. The members are all passionate individuals with great ideas and the commitment to see them come to reality. Wonderful culture which management supports and encourage.
Cons
I had to think long and hard for the cons and the only thing I could come up with is perhaps a little strong benefits package. Even though comparatively speaking it is competitive, it could be enhanced to support non-profit salaries
