      The supervisors are very kind and understanding and the workflow fluctuates but is consistent for the most part.

      Cons

      The location is on the far end of 125th and the clientele varies and at times can get very unpleasant.

      Was kept on for the summer after my internship. Very helpful at getting a feel for care coordinating

      None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

      Cons

      Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
