You will get a lot work You will get a lot to learn and experience different php technologies Lunch from company. Everyday manager appreciates your work. parties at big hotels

Cons

Time: working hours are said to 9:30 hours but most of time you work for 10-11 hours sometimes 12-15 hours No software management, They need just output no matter how you did it. If work is of 10 hours they will expect to complete the work in 5 hours. You will not get leaves. you need to beg for it. Concentrated on report rather on task.
