Not suitable place to work - Dynamics CRM Developer NAS conception Employee Review

1) Positive work environment - You have the freedom to be as creative as possible and as productive as possible. The management make you feel that they have the confidence and trust in you and genuinely appreciate your ideas and give you the freedom to implement it if it is for the betterment of the company. 2) The management always appreciates your efforts and make it a point to let you know , which are hard to find in the work culture nowadays. 3)No micro management at all. But you will feel responsible for your work and you will always feel the need to deliver what is expected of you , simply because you will feel its your own company , and that is a huge plus 4)The management is very polite and professional in dealing with you and they do their best to take care of you . You always get the salary that you agreed, on time without fail. 5) There is work pressure , but the pressure you feel, to deliver your project/work on time , NOT the negative pressure you feel even though you did your best.

Couldn't find any so far , but even if you find some , that will NOT be something like , you worked hard but no recognition or you bring revenue but no raise in salary or you manage the business but no growth etc etc. You work your best and you get your best with this company

- Very Small company - Highly pressure from managers. - Dont use any formal IT rules like Agile methodologies. - Team leaer without any Software development knowlege. - No benefits. - Just Work Work Work. - Highly not recommened to others.
