Pros
As a company that oversees the CPA exam, job stability is assured. When the economy goes down, more people need accountants. There are some very dedicated employees who have been there for a very long time.
Cons
Lack of Executive Team interaction with employees doing the work. Lack of Executive support and communication to employees below them. The company is a not for profit that tends to send executives on expensive trips rather than use monies to train employees to better function in their positions.
