Outdated HR and diminishing perks. Pension scheme is a joke and risk is 100% on the employee. Mindset of senior leadership is not realistic : getting qualified staff and retain them is difficult as perception is that anyone should be proud to work for nato. This is true up to a certain point: I am proud of where I work to make the world safer, but reality shows that of the few applications we get half jumps off, moves on quite quickly. Career management, which should be part of HR, is non existent.
