Upper Level Management have created a culture similar to the Lego Movie. 'Everything is awesome' ... Unfortunately they don't seem to have the desire to get to the root causes of actual issues. Operations are suffering for staffing due to previous poor decisions, though the rest of the business seems to be in a better state - likely because there seems to be a priority on the Whiteley HQ, instead of at the operational units.
