      Great location Great work/life balance

      Cons

      No structure No communication between teams or within your own team. A lot of empty promises about changes to policy but it never happens Compared to other Technology companies they lack a lot of benefits Bereavement Leave not very good Expense Reimbursement is a very long process that takes almost a month to get reimbursed
