Miserable Experience - Anonymous employee NCC Group Employee Review

If you read all of the other negative reviews, you'll notice a constant pattern of toxic workplace, dysfunctional leadership, and bad co-workers/working environment. I'm ashamed to say all of it is true. Micromanagement is rampant. Managers are useless and super passive aggressive, and the only people who have stuck it out long here are the people who have become their manager's personal little monsters. It's hard to even describe just how unhelpful the sink or swim culture fostered here is and how utterly blind everyone on the team is. Unless you need the salary now, I'd advise just running for the hills.
