      Pros

      This is a unique work experience for a great purpose. Most employees are dedicated and cooperative, and camaraderie among non-senior staff is good. Constantly learning. Nice to work with panel members. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is not effective. The relationship between staff and senior leadership is not good. Staff do not trust leadership, and morale is poor. Staff development and opportunities for advancement are nonexistent.

      Pros

      Solid benefits, meaningful mission, intelligent and thoughtful colleagues.

      Cons

      No flexibility regarding working from home. Departments are siloed. Salaries are low for most employees except for executives. HR politics. Opportunity for advancement is limited.
