Pros
The locally based COO Jan Taylor was a great executive leader, a strong and supportive manager, very involved, approachable and reasonable, which trickled down to her management team. The staff across all departments were great to work with, very good atmosphere there.
Cons
The salaries are on the lower side of the San Diego average, and the base annual merit increase is only 2%.
