      None. Not a good company to be with.

      Cons

      Management do not have the patience in training their new assistant. Very poor communication in their needs. They do not give you time to learn new programs. They teach you once and/or twice and expect you to run with it. Jot a good company to be with. Not honest in their job reviews.

      Pros

      Comprehensive benefits, decent pay, welcoming office culture/co-workers, chance to work on varying environmental projects with different experts, good entry level GIS position

      Cons

      Heavy emphasis on billable hours without much time for training, expectation to work/research outside of work hours, turnaround time on some projects is unrealistic with amount of support/training given. Some expectations not communicated when hired.
