Pros
There are some great people that work there. However these are dwindling due to either being made redundant or leaving due to the toxic environment.
Cons
Since the new ceo snd buddies have joined the NEC is unfortunately no longer a nice environment to work in. It is so sad to see them destroying a great company culture. People are disappearing weekly with no warning. If your face doesn't fit or you dare to have an opinion or question decions you are soon cut off and got rid of. If people are off with mental struggles the new way of "supporting" them is to get rid of them. Staff are constantly looking over their shoulder waiting to be the next victim currently. The CEO openly brags about getting rid of people and even jokes about nobody can stop her. Please do not join this company as the culture and vibe and passion for events is no longer there. They are making cuts and driving numbers to sell the business and have no care for anyone in the business. The passion and heart of the business is no longer there. The chief people officer is also known as the chief disposal officer. (Getting rid of anyone who has an opinion or problem) Also please note Paul thandi is no longer the CEO as stated on here. All of the good ceo eating are for him and not the new CEO Mel Smith
