Pros
Some of the employees are fun, kind of pays the bills.
Cons
Upper management is clueless about what goes on at lower levels. Very clique-y. Raises are non-existent, as is training. Forget about moving up in the company, if you don't already know everything you need for a different job, you're never going to get it.
