Pros
Great people in the rank and file. Lots of good management as well. Good as a stepping stone for your career.
Cons
Upper management keeps all the money. In 15 years I received two or three raises, the last being 50 cents per hour. Pay doesn't even keep up with inflation, much less reward loyalty.
