• No work life balance can be expected (6 day working including Saturday’s). • Lots of stress at workplace. • There is a lot of biasness/favouritism at the workplace. • There are targets in each and every aspect of work. • High level of attrition at work. • Employees are not valued at work place. • Employees are not allowed to take any leave, even if they are entitled to one(Even in terms of Earned/Sick Leave). • Company’s policies changes frequently(policies changes in a jiffy). • Moment you are performing they treat you like an asset of the organization, the moment your performance goes down you are just considered as a liability to the organization. • Management does not even look into any of the queries(Worst management ever: Money minded people). • There is a lot of difference in the CTC provided by the company(The fixed component:in hand salary is very less compared to the variable component). • Despite the fact that your performance the Performance Cum Continuity Bonus(PCCB) is not paid. • Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here.
