      Pros

      My experience at Net Xperts was very positive. The group of people there seem to truly care about the employees as well as their customers, which is much different than most MSPs. If I ever had an issue, I felt comfortable going to my manager or HR and I always felt heard and the issue was addressed in a professional manner.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      -Interesting work to be done, and a refreshing level of competence compared to other MSP management teams I've seen. I really liked my direct manager.

      Cons

      -A decent chunk of management seems to think it's 1960. Someone almost got sent home for wearing sneakers, if that helps to illustrate. Said they would work on WFH, but nothing actually came of it.
