Pros
Pretty good experience and good place to learn if you do well without training in hands on environments.
Cons
I've never dreamed of working somewhere this terrible, I was lied to dozens of times. At one point my manager told me I'd gotten a raise which turned out the hr department confirmed he completely fabricated. Every day is worse than the one before.
