small company atmosphere, fun environment, self managed, great benefits, cool amenities in the buliding, catered free lunch 3 days a week , get to work on many companies environments instead of just one internal one.

training is a bit lacking - you have to be a self starter to learn but ojt is incredible from the technology exposure
