Pros
People are mostly nice and friendly, according to the positions salaries are acceptable if you also include the extra money for transport.
Cons
No respect for employees, sometimes crazy and illegal work hours, no long term vision for the company or projects, lack of procedures put in place and little place for improvements. Huge turnover (more than 20 employees left in less than 4 months out of around 60). Too many things kept secret and internal between the various offices all over the world.
