Comradely among employees, talented people (until majority either quit or got fired) A lot of good food nearby. Available parking
Cons
Toxic atmosphere created by senior management (micromanagement, personal attacks and retaliation for speaking your mind). Group punishment of employees (never heard of “mandatory overtime” for entire software development group.. The most incompetent getting promotions, while the most productive employees are pushed to leave the company or laid off arbitrary (layoffs followed by a hiring spree just a week later).
