Pros
They don't force busy work upon you to make you 'appear' busy when it's a slow day. They don't make you take on more than you can handle. They pay more than a lot of companies for part-time in this area and even took into account the current economy to raise the wages of their employees. They offer training and help is always offered in case it's needed. If you've shown excellent work, you are offered the recognition. It's a very nice environment to work in and the people I've worked with are fun. People aren't robots and they are one of the best companies I've worked with.
Cons
They've decided to go with a part-time model instead of paying full time likely to avoid benefits expenses and insurance. It's a little frustrating since otherwise, they are an A+ sort of company.
