A warm and welcoming culture across the head office, A welcome change from my previous employer. Work is challenging but enjoyable, with a manageable workload. Employees - peers and management, treat each other with respect and grace. I've felt supported and empowered to fulfil the role for which I applied, but to also put forward wider suggestions for development.
