      Compensation, Easy work, and i can't think anything else.

      Managment is bad. Weak culture, Work/Life Balance is terrible because of the shifts

      Pros

      Open forum to hear concerns, promotes feedback and solution providing, encourages questions, and recommendations to improve/tweak workflow and a fun place to work at.

      Cons

      The canteen offers only vegetarian cuisine. 2 Shifts (07:30-16:00/16:30-01:30), and alternate Saturday working.

      They give you a lot of responsibility, the mentors they assign you with are really helpful

      Sometimes the work is monotnous. They are very concerned with hitting exact numerical targets.
