Pros
Senior leadership used to care about people and this fostered a culture of people leaning into each other and going above and beyond. This is no longer the case.
Cons
Direction the company is going in is no longer clear with the new CEO so people feel they are going along for the ride, unsure of where the final destination is. People are being asked to return to the office even though collaboration between teams is high and they are exceeding company goals. They no longer listen to their people and there is no longer any trust with leadership.
