NHS cares greatly for its staff, different from other governmental organisations in a good way. Great line managers on average and great opportunities for growth. Culturally diverse work environment as well.
Cons
We do get a bad reputation especially when it comes to trust in services delivered but those are majorly due to lack of proper and cultural sensitive communication. However, this is being worked on extensively.
