Pros
Primary and secondary benefits are good. Salary has room for growth when actively pushed for. Due to relative small size, there's more flexibility than larger financial orgs. Sr management push for clear strategic direction.
Cons
Big difference in levels of knowledge between teams and colleagues, as well as lots of open vacancies. Middle management capabilities are lacking. So pressure on personnel is high. Culture varies a lot between departments and teams, and is at times just unclear. Need to be proactive in order to get what you need. Career path can be limited due to size of org.
