Not seen or heard - Coordinator NIBE Employee Review

Middle management are usually people loyal to Nibe working there for a long time. Often they have little skill in the area they are managing in. They do not listen to experts and waste A LOT of money of consultants even though we said that we have the capacity inhouse to do the work ourselves. You are not supported at all. The salary is also a joke. I got paid the DOUBLE amount at another job 2 years later. They also said that the first salary would be raised a lot after the trial period, but that was a lie. And you basically get no benefits at all
