A lot of volume and room to learn and grow. A lot of potential for advancement.

Minimal formal training. Plenty in the beginning, after that you learn by doing, however people are always available to answer questions.

A handful of good people

Predatory towards employees. Accounting runs the company, making everyone miserable, taking months and multiple requests to reimburse for travel expenses, and creating a culture where everyone is constantly looking over their shoulder to see if the knife is coming. There is also rampant nepotism, minimal room for advancement, completely over the top micromanaging, and while I was there, someone in senior management was caught stealing from the company.
