      Job Stability with a fixed schedule, typically only 40 hours/week and can't beat the overall benefits.

      Cons

      Very little on the downside, except possible the actually salaries for Fed. Gov't can be a bit less than their counter parts in Private sector

      If you’re not a liberal or progressive you will be the kid with lice. During the Biden admin your skin color is the only thing that mattered not your skill.
