Each employee is an independent consultant who can choose which projects to work on and is rewarded with a major share of profits at the sale of the technology that has been developed. All projects are very exciting - energy, recycling, novel compositions of matter.
Cons
Payment is at the end of the project, so ability to manage expenses and budget is a requirement. Projects are sold to customers at low prices - NIRIS could require higher prices for their products.
