Pros
They encourage sharing knowledge with lunch time seminars. The new building is lovely. They have produce some really high quality research and put great effort into preserving long term data records.
Cons
Management are very resistant to the influence of the Workers Union. There a lot of time and energy wasted resisting discussion rather than just facing the discussion. Sexist undertones throughout the company.
