Amazing and Supportive Staff but Poor Top Management - Supply Chain Assistant NMC Employee Review

The top management and some of the middle management in the UK branch are appalling and have no care for worker wellbeing, with people often being mistreated, or their wellbeing being overlooked. Only select individuals are rewarded for contributions, as there is a huge nepotism problem within the company. I think a lot of this stems from a lack of understanding from the new managing director, when it comes to the inner workings of the business. They had a chance to significantly improve the working culture, but have instead become comfortable with how poorly select staff members are treated.
